Who are you looking for?
We are looking for motivated, committed and proactive employees who want to make crossvertise a little bit better every day. No matter in which area. The frame for this is provided, for example, by our regular OKR process, in which all employees can actively introduce and pursue new goals.
To do so, of course, we need colleagues who have a desire to develop, perhaps even to question critically from time to time, and at the same time have their hearts in the right place. Because above all, one thing is important to us: the team.
There are no tyrannical bosses or elbow-boxers here. Everyone helps each other and supports each other where possible. Does this sound like your philosophy of life? Then we might be looking exactly for you.
What happens after I have sent my application?
In the first step, we are pleased that you are interested in working with us. HR and the specialist managers check whether your skills and knowledge basically match the requirements of the position.
If so, our HR manager will invite you to a 20-minute telephone interview, during which the general conditions and the general motivation behind your application will be clarified.
The next step is a first personal interview, usually with the department manager and HR. If you were able to convince us, we would like to introduce you to other team members in a second interview.
If you were able to leave a positive impression there, we are looking forward to making you a contract offer.
How can I prepare for the interviews?
You don't have to prepare extraordinarily for the interview rounds. We just try to find out in a casual conversation whether you fit in well with us as a personality and whether your skills and knowledge naturally match the open position.
That means we have to ask questions about you, your motivation and your skills, of course, but all that in a setting that is - hopefully - pleasant for you.
What does onboarding at crossvertise look like?
Onboarding is the be-all and end-all for us. Because one thing is clear: Only those who are properly trained from the start will be able to do their job well in the end.
On your first day at work, you'll receive your laptop, headset, etc., followed by IT onboarding and general onboarding by HR. After that, your line manager and your new team will take over your technical onboarding based on a concrete familiarization plan.
After 3 months, there will be an interim meeting with your manager to see how well you feel you have arrived so far, whether your role in the team is already clear to you and where you may still need support.
At the end of your probationary period, there will be a final meeting to set the course for your future with us. This concludes your onboarding.

What exactly do you do with media?
crossvertise combines media self-booking and individual media consulting at eye level. Together with our customers, we develop advertising strategies in order to
Classic billboard or digital out of home? Radio advertising or online audio on Spotify & Co.? TV spots on linear TV, Connected TV or Addressable TV? And with which online advertising (SEA, social media...) can I best support the campaign or extend it to the web?
We have the necessary media know-how in all channels. We advise our clients on the most effective use of their advertising budget and ensure the right placement in the appropriate media.
The necessary advertising media (TV, radio or cinema spots, online banners, print ads, etc.) are provided by the client or developed in collaboration with a creative agency.

Our office in Munich is located in the middle of the city directly at the English Garden. Due to the closeness to the Ludwig-Maximilians-University, there are a variety of stores, restaurants, cafés and bars in the surrounding area.
Directions
By public transport: Take the U3/U6 to “Universität”. From here, it is a 3-minute walk via Schackstraße (northbound) or via Veterinärstraße (southbound).
By car:* From Leopoldstraße coming from the north via Ohmstraße, then turn right into Königinstraße. Coming from the south via Veterinärstraße and turn left into Königinstraße.
*The parking situation is usually difficult. We therefore always recommend using public transport. If required, an underground parking space is available by prior arrangement.
